My son goes through the book with my grandson who is football mad and he reads it intently..my son who coaches a junior team finds it a great help for pasiing it on to the kids..so yes this book is a winner

Absolutely worth it all.

I bought the e-book as i'm coaching two girls football teams... and the players are ranging from the age of 10 up to 15. I had so many quistions abort how much physical training was okay for the youngest and how i improved the speed of the oldest while also getting them to last the whole match.. after 2 weeks i already startede to see some improvement ind their speed and strength in the 1v1 infight.

In my opinion The Football Fitness Bible is really useful for coaches, parents and players who doesn't have sufficient information about fitness and nutrition for football. It helps to understand the importance of being well trained both physically and mentally in order to reach peak performance. The book it self is filled with very interesting and useful topics. Not to mention that the price is fair too. Soon I will finish the book and I can't wait to put the information I learned into practice. So far I can only recommend The Football Fitness Bible by Matchfit Football.

Purchased this for my elite-level teenage soccer player son (who actually hopes to be a coach one day when his soccer career is over).

So much valuable information.... everything from drills to injury prevention.

Having supplemental workouts that are structured around existing training has been very helpful to him. Truly a wealth of solid information for athletes (and parents, too).

This was definitely a great purchase!
